These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between i98k (https://i98k.org) and you. By accessing this website, registering an account, or using any game or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions.

i98k's top priorities are protecting players' personal data, securing financial transactions with SSL encryption, and guaranteeing fair play. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or closure.

1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may only open one personal account at i98k. Opening multiple accounts, attempting to share bonuses between accounts, or trying to abuse bonuses by any means will result in account closure.

1.3 Account Security

1.4 Accuracy of Information

Personal information (name, contact details) submitted at account registration must be accurate and complete. If incorrect information is provided and a withdrawal is attempted, i98k will decline the withdrawal amount and take action on the account.

2.1 Deposit Methods

i98k accepts KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay for deposits and withdrawals. Payments sent by any third party not listed are not accepted. The account used for deposits must match the name of the i98k account holder.

2.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a request is confirmed, withdrawal processing normally takes 10 to 45 minutes. It may take longer due to verification checks related to the service.

2.4 Payment Verification

i98k reserves the right to hold and review any payment to monitor withdrawals and prevent money laundering. To support smoother withdrawal processing, the i98k support team may request identity documents. If that request is refused, the withdrawal will be put on hold.

2.5 Anti-Fraud

Transferring funds from overseas, or depositing money into your own account through any external system and then attempting to withdraw without placing bets — i98k treats these practices as fraud and reserves the right to forfeit and decline the remaining balance in such accounts.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

The i98k welcome bonus is 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks; you must wager 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks to be eligible for withdrawal.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 10. For example — deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (due to the maximum cap), giving a balance of 620,000 Ks; you must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks to be eligible for withdrawal.

If the wagering requirement is not completed within 7 days of the deposit, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.3 Game Restrictions

Slots games can be played effectively with the bonus. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger) can also be played with the bonus. However, wagers placed in the 2D/3D lottery section count only 1× toward the wagering requirement, not at the same rate as slots — i98k reserves the right to change these rates without prior notice.

3.4 General Promotions

Any promotion announced by i98k will have its own specific terms and conditions, which apply alongside these general terms. Attempts to claim a bonus without a promotion announcement will be declined.

4.1 Three VIP Levels

i98k has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can move up a level based on your betting frequency and loyalty.

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback will be credited within 2 days after the relevant period ends. Cashback funds have no wagering requirement — you can withdraw them directly.

4.2 Referral Commission Terms

For the referral commission to apply, the referred person must make their first deposit and place bets at i98k. The referrer will receive 5% of the referred person's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 20,000 Ks per person), plus a weekly commission of 0.3% on the referred person's valid wagers. There are no sub-referrals.

If abuse of the referral program is detected (such as attempting to refer using your own accounts), the commission will be declined and the account may be closed.

5.1 System Abuse

Exploitation of software bugs and technical vulnerabilities, use of bot software or tools that simulate human play, and attempts to manipulate results through software tampering are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Collusion

If i98k detects any attempt to collude in Poker or any other game to gain unfair advantage, the activity will be suspended immediately, investigated, and a decision will be made accordingly.

5.3 Technical Errors

i98k reserves the right to review and correct any financial outcomes resulting from server errors, disconnections during gameplay, or software faults. Players are not entitled to retain funds that reflect abnormal results.
